Every city has its own Village, with local ambassadors who bring members together in person. Every engagement is a written agreement, and every member keeps their word.
There are no favours between friends here. Every engagement is a formal agreement, and every promise is kept.

Every engagement is a written agreement. Members who break one without a valid reason leave the club.

How membership works
Trust travels from person to person.

A member vouches for you
You are invited by name by someone who knows you. Their name, how long they have known you and why they vouch for you stay on your profile.

We meet you
Every new member is approved by a person. Helpers have a welcome interview, two references and the official record check from their country.

You agree in writing
When a family and a helper agree, both sign a written agreement in the club. Both get a copy. It can be relied on if something goes wrong.
Two kinds of engagement
Paid help, or a trip in return for help.
Paid
Paid engagements
The family posts what they need and what they pay. The helper is paid directly by the family, by the hour, the day or the engagement.
Travel experience
Travel in return for help
No payment in money. The family covers the trip and says exactly what is included: the flight, the hotel, meals, the working hours and the free time.

Each Village has ambassadors who welcome new members and host gatherings, so members meet in person before they ever work together.

What we do not tolerate
One broken promise is one too many.
Broken agreements
Cancelling a confirmed agreement without a valid reason normally ends membership.
Dishonesty
False information, hidden conditions, or asking for money outside a signed agreement.
Unsafe or unkind behaviour
Any risk to a child or a person in care, harassment or discrimination. Decisions are made by a person, with written reasons.
